Leading the Bandits
The La Grange Park Bandits are led by a dedicated team of volunteers committed to providing a positive, competitive, and community-focused baseball and softball experience. Together, we work to develop players, support coaches, strengthen our partnership with La Grange Park Little League, and ensure every Bandits family feels informed, welcomed, and connected.

Nick Diaferio
President
Provides overall leadership and strategic direction for the Bandits organization, overseeing operations, supporting the board and coaches, and ensuring the program fulfills its mission of developing players and serving our community.
Walt Oestmann
VP of Baseball
Leads all baseball operations by supporting coaches, coordinating team development, and helping deliver a positive, organized, and competitive experience across every baseball team.
Lee DeDore
VP of Softball
Leads all softball operations by supporting coaches, coordinating team development, assisting with player evaluations, and helping deliver a positive, organized, and competitive experience across every softball team.
Jason Pochopien
Treasurer
Oversees the organization's financial operations by managing budgets, maintaining financial records, processing payments, and ensuring responsible stewardship of Bandits resources and long-term financial stability.
Mike Bragg
Player Development
Supports board operations by maintaining meeting records, managing organizational documents, coordinating communications, and helping ensure accurate documentation and efficient administration across the Bandits program.
