Our Mission
Founded in 2016, the La Grange Park Bandits Baseball & Softball Program is a nonprofit, community-based organization committed to developing confident athletes, outstanding teammates, and strong character through competitive baseball and softball.
We provide high-quality coaching, age-appropriate competition, and a positive environment where players are challenged to reach their full potential while embracing teamwork, accountability, sportsmanship, and a love for the game.
As the official travel program of La Grange Park Little League, we believe travel and Little League should work together—not compete with one another. Every Bandits player participates in La Grange Park Little League, strengthening our hometown program while creating a unified pathway for player development within our community.
Our mission is simple: develop great players, build great teammates, and strengthen the game of baseball and softball in La Grange Park for generations to come.
